We recommend buyers to complete registration within 2 months of paying the booking amount.
Yes. You have the right to sell it to any one else after the registering the property from Shanti Group. However the MoU signed between buyer and company shall be binding to the new buyer.
Your purchased farmplot can be utilised for cultivating your desired trees, plants and farm house . Constructing of Farm House need necessary approvals from authorities, and the company will facilitate the same.
20% of the extent of property registered.
Joint Ownership of property is allowed.
Subdivision of the property is not allowed.
Your registered farmland parcel.
The buyer should not expect farm income in the initial few years from the long term commercial trees which may take about 15-18 years. The fruit-bearing plants may take few months until a year to yield return.

Paying your property tax annually and community monthly maintenance after the purchase of the plot.
Any origin of india or non-resident citizen of India is not eligible to purchase agriculture land in India. But can be registered on their blood relatives name residing in India.
Farming
Shanti Group provides 20 commercial trees and 20 fruit bearing plants for every 25 cents of land area which can be customized as per the purchaser requirement.
No. We prohibit the use of any chemical or fertilizer at Shanti Group of Farms.

The fully grown fruits and vegetables can be delivered to your residential door step bearing the delivery charges or the vegetation grown on your plot can be sold to vendors and the same monetary return can be transferred to your bank account.
Project
The water source for the project are the artificial ponds (for rainwater harvesting),overhead water tank and borewells. Water lines are well laid to each individual plot.
Shanti Group has laid a well secured six feet barbed wire fencing all around the project. Security personnel are deployed at various places on the farm. Additionally, we have CCTV infrastructure to help us maintain a vigil on the farm.
No. Your purchase in Shanti Group is farmland only along with fruit-bearing plants & trees. We may assist you in construction of your desired farmhouse with necessary approvals.
Yes. Planting of trees and plants will be provided by the Shanti Group as per your need from the given list provided from our team. And you may customise on what would wish to grow on your farmplot from the given list,
Yes. The buyer can choose on what vegetation to be grown on their property.
Documentation & Legal
All properties sold by the company has been legally verified at the time of purchase by the company. A buyer buys the property from Shanti Group , we shall provide you all the required legal documentation booklet until the date of purchase.
Sale Deed b/w Company and Buyer and registered at the respective Sub Registrar office. Memorandum of Understanding between Company and Buyer on stamp paper.
All properties have clear titles and is in the name of the company. Nonetheless, to hold transparency we recommend taking a second legal opinion with regards to your purchase.
Obtaining legal clearance for your purchase is buyer responsibility at their cost.
No. Your purchase includes your farmland parcel only. Other additional cost will be borne by the purchaser at the time of registration which are mentioned below.

We serve both Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Most meals are prepared which are organically produced at our farm.
Yes. Our guests camp in the tent facility provided. Campfire, barbeque at night and site seeing nearby tourist locations are some of the options available to make your stay refreshing and rejuvenating.
